Evaluation Forms
The proprietary evaluation forms were designed to help determine candidate/member fitness levels based on the designated FireFit circuit. A proctor will explain the circuit to candidate have the candidate fill out the appropriate section on the form. Once the candidate begins the circuit, the proctor will follow along, recording the times and heart rates on the evaluation form as the candidate/member advances through the circuit.
For a consultation fee, you can also send your evaluation results to us for data analysis. We can then provide a 1 page fitness report on each individual candidate or member.
Fire Department Entrance Exams
The FireFit circuit is often used as a new hire or annual membership fitness evaluation. With the FireFit standardized evaluation forms, we have made it easy! Simply copy the appropriate amount of evaluation forms for your candidates, your proctors will follow along with the candidate as they advance through the circuit. Heart rates and times will be recorded throughout the circuit, as well as the candidates’ 1 and 2 minute post-circuit heart rates. This gives us an idea of how well candidates recover after strenuous activity.
